Enjoying our entertainment safely, and where to find support.
Golden Butte is a hospitality and entertainment complex in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Our on-site casino entertainment area is one part of the experience, and we want it to stay enjoyable for everyone. This page explains how we support responsible play.
Access to the gaming lounge is limited to guests aged 19 and over. We may ask for valid photo identification. Access is on-site only — there is no online play, and no gaming takes place through this website.
Gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a way to make money. We encourage guests to set a budget and a time limit before they start, and to take regular breaks. If it stops being fun, it is time to step away.
If gambling is a concern for you or someone you know, free and confidential help is available in Ontario:
If you would like to take a break, self-exclusion programs are available for gaming venues in Ontario. Our team can point you to the right program and support you discreetly. Just speak to a member of staff or contact us in confidence.
Our team receives guidance on responsible gaming and on how to support guests who ask for help. We display support information in the venue and will always take a request for help seriously. Please play responsibly.
